•the service is pretty awesome I would say.
•the product came to stock on 20th Nov, was shipped on the same day and I received on 23rd Nov (that's pretty fast if you ask me).
•they were interactive throughout the process via email.
•about return process, I do not know. just be careful while ordering and about sizes so you do not need to return or change.

•the cloth material is awesome. it is thick and comfortable.
•the print is good I guess. let's see how long it stays. the color is really bright unlike some prints on black clothes.
•I really loved about the pocket design. some hoodies tend to have an extra piece of cloth sewn on front as pocket.
•the material shrink after wash (almost a size). I read in previous comments about this so ordered L when I needed M. before wash it was much loose (L), but after wash it is perfect fit (M). so be CAREFUL while ordering. order a size UP.
